7-14 days’ notice: 50% refund; 50% retained for operational       costs.
3-6 days’ notice: 30% refund; 70% retained for costs.
Less than 2 days’ notice: No refund (100% retained).

All cancellations must be in writing.
In case of unsafe weather, 90% refund; 10%       retained for admin costs.
